Halloween “Rocks” the Avenue of the Fountains on Halloween Night. Kids of all ages get their creepy on October 31, from 5-8 p.m.
Trick-or-Treat the local businesses along the Avenue. Challenge the carnival games, check out the bounce house. A cooperative effort by over 25 businesses, there’s a petting zoo, fire engine candy drop and the fun of guessing just which of your neighbors is “Cruella Deville” or “Frankenstein” and it all adds up to one of the most popular events in Fountain Hills.
The popular “Thriller” Flash Mob will take place in front of Chase Bank at 6 p.m. From 6:30 to 7:30, the popular “Pets and their People” parade will take place in front of Sami Fine Jewelry. This ever-evolving Halloween favorite showcases the creativity of pet owners and the super-human tolerance of their pets as they parade in costumes and compete for prizes.
Downtown Restaurants will be open for families wanting to eat out, and the Noon Kiwanis will be serving hot dogs, hamburgers, pretzels, cotton candy and drinks.
This premier “people-watching” events makes Las Vegas look tame! No need to borrow a kid, just come on down to Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate office on the Avenue of the Fountains and join in the fun! Our own Jay Schlum, always a good sport, munched puppy-biscuits for the cause during the 2011 celebration.
