Feed the Reptiles at McDowell Mountain Regional Park

It’s feeding time! Our captive reptiles are fed once a week, and our Western Diamondback Rattlesnake, Gopher snake, King snake, and a Gila Monster invite you to join them for an early lunch! The Town of Fountain Hills has partnered with The Cliff Drysdale Tennis Academy to provide a full range of classes and clinics from beginners just learning the fundamentals of the game to skill building clinics for experienced players.  Pre-registration and fee payment is required.

Annual Memorial Day Celebration in Fountain Park

Memorial Day, an American holiday observed on the last Monday of May, honors men and women who died while serving in the US Military.  Originally known as Decoration Day, it originated in the years following the Civil War and became an official holiday in 1971.  Many Americans observe Memorial Day by visiting cemeteries or memorials, holding family gatherings and participating in parades.

VFW Post 7507 is honored to present the ceremony at the Veterans Memorial in Fountain Hills on Monday May 30th at 9AM.
