This summer, learn some handy tech tips to improve your technical knowledge from the Technology Learning Center of Fountain Hills. The instructors will give you a lot of easy and helpful suggestions that will help you learn to use your television to taking beautiful pictures with your smartphone.

PERSONAL MEDICAL RESEARCH USING APPS AND THE WEB
With billions of websites online today, the use of the internet as a source of medical information has become increasingly popular. Search engines make this information easier to find. During this class, we will explore popular health related websites, and learn more about health apps. That will help boost fitness, medication, and general health knowledge. The course begins on July 5th from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
TAKING BEAUTIFUL PICTURES WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE CAMERA
Most of us underestimate the capabilities of our smartphone cameras. Our handy tips will help you take photos that easily capture the essence of the moment. We’ll review the menus and settings for special features; practice how to zoom in/out, take advantage of face detection, take movies, panoramic photos, and of course the “selfie”.
No membership is required. All classes are free and open to the public. Pre-registration is required for class. Stop by the Community Center from Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm for more information.
