Enjoy theater, star-gazing, hiking, biking, Art on the Avenue, Farmer’s Market, music and marathons—and especially Sonoran Lifestyle’s Spooky “Spider Village” during Fountain Hills “Halloween in the Hills” Extravaganza.

Check out Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate’s monthly “Save the Date” listings, and as always, use the links below for the websites listed, or call to confirm details—sometimes things change last minute between the original listing of an event and when it actually takes place.

Halloween in the Hills

26-oct-spooky-haunter-houseHalloween in the Hills has become one of the largest celebrations of its kind in Arizona! On Monday, October 31st 2015, from 4pm-8pm, The Town of Fountain Hills will shut down the entire Avenue of the Fountains.  More than 40 local businesses and charities will be providing family game booths along the avenue. Plus businesses stay open for trick or treating! Booths are carnival style, and kids can win candy and toys.  Originator of this great celebration, Sami Fine Jewelry, will sponsor the “Pets and their People” costume contest, a “not to be missed” celebration of hilarious and creative costuming.

But the best spot on the Avenue is Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate’s “Spider Village.”  There are treats for both kids and adults, and a creepy haunted house-type experience that gets better every year.  Venture into the Spider’s lair to enjoy a fun-filled haunted experience for young and old alike.  The Spider Experience starts at 5:30pm.

In addition to the Costume contests, the center stage area in front of Chase Bank is the location for the costume contests and dozens of other exciting activities.  From martial arts demos, to a Zombie “Thriller” Dance, games, and Halloween music, the center of the Avenue will showcase interactive entertainment all evening, including the Fire Department’s Big Truck candy drop!

And there’s no need to fix dinner at home… Sofrita, The All American Grill, Chen’s Garden, and The Fountain Hills Noon Kiwanis will be offering delicious food and drink for purchase.  Waffle Luv and Cactus Corn are also a fun addition for dessert if Trick or Treat candy’s not your thing.  And a portion of all the food and drink proceeds at the carnival will be donated to local charities!
